Daniel began his career as a Senior List Researcher at a British publishing house, streamlining data entry in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 with a Visual Basic script that boosted efficiency by 95%. He then joined Fuji Xerox Singapore as a CRM Executive, enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 365, and developing 'CRM Boy,' which improved data integrity by 98%.
After earning a Master’s in Consumer Insights from Nanyang Business School, he lectured in Analytics at Singapore Management University, creating technical materials and teaching students across disciplines. His consulting career spanned industries and global markets, deepening his expertise in data analytics and operational management.
As the former Head of Data Science at a Singapore software firm, Daniel led AI development and automated reporting . He holds a BSc in Marketing from SUSS, an MSc in Marketing & Consumer Insights from NTU, and a DBA from the Swiss School of Business and Management. For his contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic, he was awarded the COVID-19 Resilience Medal by the Singapore Government.
