Job Opportunities (Data Science)

We welcome the public, including PCiDS title holders, to apply for the following opportunities.

Location:Pasay City, Metro Manila (Hybrid Flexibility)

Industry:Aviation / Transportation

Role Type:Individual Contributor

The Vision

Join the first "Great Place to Work®" certified airline in Southeast Asia and a multi-year winner of LinkedIn’s "Best Employer Brand." As a Data Hub Specialist, you aren't just managing databases; you are a "Moment Maker." You will play a pivotal role in securing and shaping the digital landscape of a major carrier, building the data pipelines that power everything from real-time flight analytics to AI-driven passenger experiences. If you want to build technology that fuels the future of travel, your moment is now.

Your Mission

You will be the architect of connectivity, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across our ecosystem to drive decision-making at the highest levels.

  • Engineer the Pipeline: Design, develop, and optimize high-performance data pipelines for core and critical aviation assets.
  • Bridge the Ecosystem: Develop sophisticated data interfaces and transformation logic (ETL/ELT) to facilitate sharing across diverse enterprise applications.
  • Empower Decision-Makers: Deliver actionable insights through advanced dashboards, reports, and machine learning-ready data sets.
  • Innovate with Governance: Create and enforce data standards, ensuring absolute accuracy and security across our cloud and on-premise platforms.
  • Modernize the Catalog: Assist in managing a comprehensive data inventory, making data accessible and meaningful for analytics and AI initiatives.

Who You Are

We are looking for a technical specialist who thrives in Agile environments and has a passion for clean, secure code.

  • The Foundations: Graduate of Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
  • The Technical Core: Deeply skilled in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and C# / .Net.
  • The Visualizer: Expert in turning raw data into stories using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • The Architect: Proven experience in database design and schema modeling—from initial concept to performance optimization.
  • The Visionary: Familiarity with Big Data, cloud-based data warehousing, and emerging analytics technologies.

Application Note

  • Work Authorization: Must have valid legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Security Warning: We value integrity. Our recruitment process is entirely free; we never require payment or physical document submission during the application phase.

Job Opportunities (Others)

Location: Syracuse, NY (Partially Remote)

Industry: Education / Enterprise IT

The Opportunity

Are you a veteran DBA who has mastered the Oracle ecosystem and is ready to own the cloud strategy for a major enterprise? We are looking for a Cloud Architect with deep Oracle DBA roots to lead our transition into the next generation of infrastructure.

In this role, you won't just be "maintaining" databases; you will be the visionary architect, designing, migrating, and scaling our enterprise-level environment on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will serve as the primary technical authority, bridging the gap between legacy reliability and cloud innovation.

Who You Are

We are looking for a hybrid talent—someone who understands the "bits and bytes" of a database but thinks in terms of "global architecture."

  • The Oracle Expert: You have a proven background as a Database Administrator (3+ years) and have transitioned those skills into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • The Strategist: You understand IT governance, security, and compliance. You don't just build; you build securely and scalably.
  • The Problem Solver: You enjoy the "detective work" of performance tuning and the "engineering work" of backup/recovery testing.
  • The Collaborator: You can speak "Business" to leadership and "Kernel" to the engineering teams.

  Technical Requirements

  • Primary Expertise: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database Administration.
  • Tools: Oracle Cloud Manager, Migration Tools, Performance Tuning, Backup/Recovery.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with PeopleSoft or large-scale ERP environments.

Experience: 5–25 years of IT experience (we value depth and wisdom).

Location:Fully Remote (India-based)

Experience:6–10 Years

Reports to:India Head

The Mission

We are partnering with a globally recognized Data & Generative AI powerhouse that is rewriting the playbook for Fortune 1000 enterprises. While others are experimenting with prompts, we are building the industrial-grade infrastructure that powers AI for the world’s leaders in FMCG, Automotive, and Supply Chain.

As a Principal Full Stack AI Engineer, you aren't just a cog in a machine; you are the architect of the machine. You will lead the transition from AI prototypes to scalable, secure, and production-ready enterprise platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Architect & Build: Design robust backend systems, APIs, and agentic frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph) that integrate LLMs into secure enterprise environments.
  • Set the Standard: Establish engineering excellence across the organization—from CI/CD and containerization to monitoring, logging, and guardrail enforcement.
  • Innovate & Govern: Build "sandbox" environments for rapid experimentation while ensuring rigorous compliance and validation for production releases.
  • Lead & Mentor: Act as a hands-on technical lighthouse, solving complex blockers and elevating the skills of senior engineers.

Who You Are

  • A Seasoned Builder: You have 6–10 years of experience and a track record of taking AI/GenAI projects from a whiteboard concept to a live, scalable production environment.
  • Technically Polyglot: You are an expert in Python (Django/FastAPI) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React), with deep knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and cloud ecosystems (GCP/Azure).
  • Agentic Orchestrator: You have practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel and understand how to build autonomous agent workflows.
  • A Humble Leader: You are grounded, collaborative, and highly effective at explaining complex AI logic to non-technical stakeholders. You lead by doing, not just delegating.

Technical Toolkit Required

  • Core: Python, API Development, System Architecture, Data Modeling.
  • AI/ML: LLM Integration, Agentic Frameworks, Big Data Analytics.
  • DevOps/Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, GCP/Azure, Monitoring/Alerting.
  • Frontend: React/TypeScript.
