The “Combating Disinformation in the Digital World Training” is a joint initiative by Data Chord (Singapore) and the Polish NGO Stowarzyszenie Centrum Wsparcia "Just do it," aimed at strengthening societies’ resilience against false narratives. The program combines education in disinformation dynamics, manipulative techniques, fact-checking, and counterstrategies, targeting professionals, educators, journalists, policymakers, and the wider public. Supported by international experts such as Ivan-Oleksandr Yakymiv, Prof. Dr. Kathrin Kind, and Prof. Dr. Daniel Koh, the training aligns with the UN’s Global Digital Compact and emphasizes digital trust, ethical AI, and global cooperation. Positioned as more than knowledge transfer, the initiative is framed as a strategic investment in democracy and social resilience in an era of growing digital manipulation.
