Overview
In this training, learners follow a structured workflow for selecting and applying the appropriate ChatGPT tools based on task requirements and desired results. The course begins with defining a clear objective and success criteria, then mapping tasks to the most suitable features—such as conversational reasoning, data analysis, file handling, image understanding, or content generation—to reduce inefficiency and ambiguity. Learners develop the ability to design prompts and tool-specific instructions, iterate strategically to refine accuracy, tone, and structure, and deliberately guide outputs toward their intended use cases. Strong emphasis is placed on quality control and judgment, including recognising tool limitations, validating critical information, and correcting weaknesses. The training concludes by guiding learners in turning AI-assisted outputs into professional, submission-ready deliverables, while applying responsible-use practices such as confidentiality, disclosure, and informed decision-making about when and when not to rely on ChatGPT.

Join this class to understand which tool to use and how to use it for the desired output!
